Appointments

To avoid any dissapointment we strongly advise to pre book all appointments. We kindly ask you turn up to your appointment on time, as late arrivals have to be turned away due to having less time to provide the treatment up to the standard we like to keep to.

Cancellations & NO SHOW policy

To protect our business we have a strict cancellation & no show policy. We ask if you cancel an appointment within 24 hours or less to pay a fee of 50% of treatment cost to enable you to rebook any future treatments with us. If you do not show to your appointment without any given warning we ask for a 100% fee of treatment cost to be able to rebook any further appointments.
